Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Returns must be requested within 10 days of the original purchase date.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to perishable goods, personalized items, and items marked as final sale.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vantostrading.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Pack the item securely, including the RMA number, and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days.

Refund Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our part.
  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee or deductions for damaged or missing items.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order.
